Sigh if I were dirt poor I would have&nbsp;make sure I have better birth control......cos' when you're poor but still give birth to children you'll only make your children's lives miserable. You don't have the resources, the time (cos' you'll be busy making a living), nor the mood (cos' financial problems can ruin your mood) to be nice to your children......
