The original TVB release of Maison Ikkoku was back in 1993 (yes 17 years ago) and ran through most of the year.  The airtime was either 5~6 or 6~7pm (can't remember exactly) every Saturday (they showed 2 eps each time).  The show ended in the last weekend of Nov 1993.
