[求助]一个火烧眼眉的问题，帮帮忙！！

<P>偶是宿舍200开的adsl上网的，本来就不快</P>
<P>还要拖5部机，最裸命的是bt，本来可以限速</P>
<P>最近不知为何无法限速，一开bt就上到条线的极限，网页都打不开</P>
<P>一个打机的同学更是几乎反面，</P>
<P>请问大家有没有分配局域网网速的办法</P>
<P>偶不懂网络，我们是同过集线器共享上网的，偶的是主机</P>

<P>我都被繁死拉…………………………</P>

<P>BT软件，不是这里可以限制上传速度吗？</P>
<P>右击文件-----属性------高级设置~~~~~~~~~(这是BitComet0.56版本)</P>

<P>本来是的，但是奇怪的没用啊！！</P><P>限制了，竟然一样超了上 去，</P><P>其他的下载软件也是这样呢！！</P><P>你说怪不怪……</P><P>可能是网络问题，令bt限速这个模块失效……</P><P>但我们没人认识网络</P><P>所以我想问一下有没有能人工分配网速的软件</P>

<P>装个路由器试试！！！</P><P>或用其他BT软件啦！！！</P>

我用BC的，是不是硬件方面的问题啊
