& r) E% {( a) Z; e# B<P>夏休み最後の夜、学校のプールに忍び込んだ浅羽直之は、手首に銀色の球体を埋め込んだ不思議な少女「伊里野加奈」と出会う。
　新学期、伊里野は浅羽のクラスに転校してきた。
0 X- I4 {7 o6 q* D' e　他人とのコミュニケーションを苦手にしているらしい伊里野だったが、浅羽には心を開き、学校生活を通じ、親密になっていく。しかし頻繁に校内放送で呼び出され、時に不思議な「反応」を起こす…。
その現場にいつも現れ、窮地を救う謎の黒服の男·榎本。伊里野は逃れられない宿命と重大な任務を背っているのか…！？
　やがて、軍事基地拠点都市「園原」と、新聞部が解明を目指すUFO騒動は、特殊戦闘機「ブラックマンタ」とその操縦士および護衛部隊の存在を通じ、解明されていく…

6 a1 }8 f. w2 X% m: n<P>暑假最后的晚上，潜入学校的水坑的浅羽直之和在手腕上占满银颜色的波波接触后出现了一位奇怪的少女「伊里野加奈」。
　新学期开始，伊里野加奈便转学到浅羽直之的班上了（汗，好土的开始啊）
　伊里野加奈好像不太会跟身边的人沟通一样，然而在浅羽直之下终于打开了内心心窗，透过学校生活，两人越来越亲密了。然而频繁因校内广播的呼叫，唤醒了那奇怪的「反应」
在？？？的现场，一个身穿谜黒衣服的男·榎本。说伊里野加奈身负重大宿命和重大的任务。
　不久后，军事基地据点都市「園原」和报纸解释到UFO的骚动，透过特殊战斗机「蝙蝠」和那个驾驶员兼护卫部队的存在，都被解释明白过去了…（完全不知自己说什么，好难啊- -b）
现在，伊里野加奈和浅羽直之的“ UFO 的夏天”开始了…</P>
